It's unfortunate we have to do this, but due to it being a Ticketmaster only venue, our ticketing is not as simple as it should be... see below for details and if you still have questions, reach out to info@infinitycon.com for answers!

VIP ADD ON

• This year we are adding a limited number of VIP ADD ON PACKAGES  these are ordered directly through us to save you money in fees and to help support Infinity Con during the final stages of prep for the event. 
• You MUST purchase a ticket through one of the Ticketmaster ticket links to gain entry into Infinity Con Tally 26. You will need this to gain entry and take advantage of the VIP ADD ON membership perks.
• They can be added to ANY ticket type.
• A membership table will be inside the main entrance to checkin for INFINITE VIP MEMBERSHIPS and VIP ADD ONS

3 Ticket Types: (CHILD TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR AGES 6-12 years old (5 & Under Free)

• 2 day (child and adult)
• Saturday July 11th (child and adult)
• Sunday July 12th (child and adult)

PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Click one of the links for the ticket types listed above
• Each ticket type is a separate event
• When you click on a ticket type you will see 'GENERAL ADMISSION' option only. Click on 'GENERAL ADMISSION' and the window will open with 'ADULT' and 'CHILD' ticket options
• You can purchase multiple of the same ticket type, on the same order
• If you want to buy more than one ticket type (see '3 Ticket Types above) EX: 1 - 2 day ticket and 1- Satuday July 11th ticket, you will need to make 2 separate orders. One for each ticket type

We apologize for the confusing ticket setup. We are continuing to work with the Civic Center on a better solution as Ticketmaster is not made to handle our type of event. Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you in July!

Tickets are either emailed or picked up at the box office and can be purchased for Tallahassee HERE. Bring your confirmation email with you to the box office, on your smart phone or printed, to claim your tickets!

Yes! With the exception of special tickets like VIP, tickets are available at the door. Please note that ticket prices will go up at the door.

Yes! You get the ticket for a reduced price! You also help us plan for the right attendance and guarantee your admittance to Infinity Con! For additional incentives, check out the VIP add on. VIP add on include some extra perks, like our T-shirt, Lanyard, and are Presale Only!

If you have already been approved, paid and confirmed for a space,  you will recieve all load in and additonal info at the email you provided on your application. Please email vendors@infinitycon.com if you have any further questions.

No. We do not allow anyone to sell things at Infinity Con that are not approved & paid vendors. We take this very seriously. If you are caught doing this you will be escorted out of the convention by security and not allowed to return. No refund for entry will be given.

No. You can view our props and Cosplay policy HERE. Please do not bring realistic or replica weapons to Infinity Con. All Costume weapon props will be examined by security of Infinity Con, and if it is not deemed appropriate or too realistic, you will be asked to return it to your vehicle. All accepted weapons will be tagged by Infinity Con security. Let’s keep it a safe and happy Con for everyone!
